Vince Stegall was born on October 11th, 1987 in Richmond, Indiana. After high school the Lord led Vince to Dallas, Texas, where he is currently attending Purpose Institute and is majoring in Theology, class of 2010.
Vince now serves as Pastor D. G. Hargrove’s Personal Assistant/Office Manager at North Cities Church in Garland, Texas. (Dallas/Fort Worth Metropolitan area) He also is the Associate Student Pastor for Image Student Ministries. Vince heads up a Tuesday night open discussion, where young people get together and have circle discussion about everyday issues that try to bring them down and figure out ways to overcome them, by using common sense and Biblical teaching. They call it Surround Sound.
Vince’s desire and passion is to not only reach the adults of this world with the endtime message and the gospel of Jesus Christ, but to reach every young and old person! He loves every sport you can name and plays them all! Vince cant live without Ramen Noodles and Aquafina water!

Dyral Hargrove II was born in 1981 in Louisiana. He grew up on church benches listening to the preaching and teaching of his father. He felt a call to ministry at a very young age after moving to Colorado with his family. He won the local liquor store owner and town drunk to the Lord at the age of 6 after preaching endlessly the messages that he would hear his father preach.
He has been a part of the North Cities Family since moving to Garland with his family in 1991. He graduated from Garland High School in 2001 and during this time worked as a Veterinary Technician for five years at a local veterinary office and the Dallas Zoo. In 2003 he gave up saving animals and decided to go back to saving souls. He has attended Richland College, Texas Bible College, and is currently enrolled at Dallas Baptist University and Purpose Institute.
Dyral met his lovely wife, Holly, in February of 2004. After a year of dating, Dyral proposed and nine months later, married the woman of his dreams on October 8th, 2005.
In January 2006 Dyral and Holly were appointed Student Pastor of North Cities Church and Image Student Ministries. They have a great desire to too lead young people to the Lord and love nothing more then to see youth grow in their relationship with God.

Derrick Weeks was born in Dallas, TX, in 1985. He has lived in Mesquite, TX for 22 years. He graduated from Poteet High School in 2005, where he was Drum Major for the #1 ranked high school band in 4A. He is currently working towards his goal to becoming an audio engineer. He attends North Cities and helps create an atmosphere of worship with the church’s youth band ~ Imagine. Derrick’s first encounter with the Holy Spirit was when he went to his first youth camp at the age of 12. On the last night he received the gift of the Holy Ghost. Many years later he was baptized in Jesus name. 
Derrick is currently attending college to become an Audio Engineer and serves as Imagine Director and helps out with Surround Sound. He also works full time at Endtime Ministries Inc. as a Radio Engineer for Politics and Religion and EYC Radio 
In Derrick’s free time he enjoys giving piano lessons, composing music, and dedicating his time to Image Student Ministries and North Cities.
